Breathe, Flow, Yin

Wednesdays 6 - 7pm, Upper Level 
We start class with the ancient power of controlled breathwork and meditation, move into an energizing, heat-building yoga flow, then take a deep dive into your warm muscles using longer, more intense Yin poses before soaking it all in with Savasana. It's the perfect little yoga hour. You'll leave feeling stronger, lighter and more flexible both physically and mentally.
